VW October EV Offer FAQs
1. Who can qualify for this offer?
The offer is available to customers who purchase brand new fully electric vehicles from any Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Van Centre through retail. Eligible models include: ID. Buzz; ID Buzz Cargo and Transporter (fully electric variants only). Purchases must be made between 1st October 2025 and 31st October 2025 and a valid claim must be made within 60 days of vehicle delivery, and all eligible orders must be collected by 30th June 2026 inclusive. 2. I have received my vehicle and my post-delivery email - what do I do next?
If you would like to submit a claim, please visit vwvansreward.co.uk within 60 days of your vehicle delivery date and input your vehicle VIN number and your unique code on the registration page, which can be found on your post-delivery email.
Once you have registered a claim, you will receive a confirmation email that your claim has been received and that your first £100 reward is on the way.
3. How and when do I get my cashback?
Once you have registered a claim, you will receive a confirmation email that your claim has been received and that your first £100 reward is on the way. Your subsequent 11 x £100 payments will be made automatically each month to the bank details provided on your claim – you don’t need to do anything additional.
4. Where can I find my VIN number?
To find your VIN number, check the lower corner of the driver's side windshield from the outside, on the driver's side door jamb, or in your vehicle's registration and insurance documents. The VIN is a 17-character code unique to your vehicle that identifies its specific details.
