department puts our customers first by delivering great customer experience, providing estimates,
booking repairs or answering queries.
As a Service Advisor, you will be an integral part of the team ensuring that exceptional service
standards are maintained and that customer expectations are exceeded. The right individual must be
professional, well presented, confident and driven to work with the team on the front desk and
workshop to hit and exceed targets.
• You'll provide estimates, book and schedule-in service and repair work and accurately invoice
for work carried out.
• Keeping customers informed and up-to-date at every stage, you'll advise of completion times,
any delays and quickly respond to any questions or queries.
• You'll prioritize effectively to ensure that customer whose vehicles may need extra work are
contacted in a timely manner, and advised on a recommend a course of action, maximizing service
department profitability.
• You will receive on-going training and development.
• Recording accurately vehicle information, refer to service histories and effectively follow-up
and prospect customers to secure repeat and incremental business.
It goes without saying that you need to be a real people person, who has the confidence to quickly
engage in conversation with a wide range of people, negotiate and influence situations and deliver
great customer service, who is comfortable operating in a fast paced environment where there are set
processes and procedures to follow, paperwork to complete and targets to achieve.
