What is a Service Plan?
A Service Plan from Volkswagen is a payment plan that combines the cost of a certain number of scheduled services into one lump sum, providing you with the chance to pay monthly or upfront, avoiding larger payments when services are due.
We have a range of Service Plans available, for new and used cars, whether they are petrol or diesel, electric or hybrid.

What's Covered?
We have a variety of plans depending on age and engine type. What’s included can vary depending on this. In general, our experts will inspect your car and ensure all its important components are in good working order, and they will highlight any additional necessary work to you. Depending on what engine type you have, we will drain the oil and replace filters or will inspect charging cables and battery health. One of our plans also includes MOT, Warranty and Roadside Assistance.

What is a Battery State of Health Check?
In just 30 minutes during your Inspection Service, we assess your battery’s current capacity compared to when it was new—much like monitoring a smartphone’s battery over time. You’ll receive a certificate confirming your battery is performing above 70%. If it’s below, we’ll carry out a detailed diagnostic at no extra cost and with Volkswagen’s 8-year/100,000-mile battery warranty, you’re covered for any necessary repairs or replacements if capacity drops below70%. Plus Plan tyre replacements
Electric vehicles can be more demanding on the tyres than petrol or diesel models, so the Plus Plan offers two tyre replacements, on a like-for-like basis (same brand and type, subject to availability). Replacements can be arranged at a UK Authorised Repairer during workshop hours.
What’s excluded:
Additional items identified during the service due to wear and tear, and any other items that are required a mileage or time interval.
Plus Plan - Tyre exclusions:
- Wheel alignment or geometry checks.
- Additional tyres beyond the two included in the plan.
- Mobile fitment (except where offered by Authorised Repairers)
- Emergency tyre replacement (out of workshop hours)

Fixed Price Servicing for Passenger Cars at Anthony Motors
Among the many benefits of choosing Anthony Motors to look after your car is that we offer Volkswagen fixed price servicing*. We charge Volkswagen labour times for all jobs and prices are inclusive of parts, oil, labour and VAT.
Plus, we only use Genuine Volkswagen Parts** which come with 2-year parts and labour warranty (after the manufacturer warranty has expired) excluding wear and tear items.

The All-in Warranty does not cover any vehicle already covered under any other guarantee, insurance, warranty and/or gesture of goodwill.
